About Us

FRAMED! is a new custom picture frame shop and gallery in Albuquerque, New Mexico. It is the combination of two amazing local businesses that have joined forces to bring an even better experience to its customers. El Mirasol was an amazing local frame shop for over 35 years. It had a heart for artists and was known for excellent custom frames as well as a great selection of ready-made frames. El Mirasol’s heart will carry on in the new FRAMED! with ready-mades and a gallery. Frame Game also brought a rich history to the table. Known for great corporate accounts and also some wonderful custom framing, Frame Game will live in on with the amazing skills it brought to the table.

Here are the faces of FRAMED!:

Scott&KaciScott Paden – General Manager

Scott has been an artist most of his life. In high school, he decided to pursue graphic design so he could make a living with art. In 2010, he met David Swope of the Frame Game and began doing graphics for him. They became fast friends. Not long after, Scott went to work for Dave as a framer. Soon after starting, Scott fell in love with framing. David helped cultivate a passion in Scott that he hadn’t felt in a long time! Scott spent the next two years serving the customers of the Frame Game before moving on to acquire El Mirasol. The rest is now history!

Scott works hard to be a part of the community helping various non-profit organizations with framing and artwork such as, Albuquerque Christian Children’s Home and Paws And Stripes. He works with large corporations, small businesses and local artists. It is his goal to be involved!
